The Shack – A rooftop vegetarian cafe serving sheesha

Intro & Location:

This cafe is aptly named as it is actually built like a shack. It is divided into two sections. The indoor section is quite small, air conditioned and has a playstation 4 for people to play games there. The outdoor section is amazing. They have board games like Jenga, etc etc. It is a purely vegetarian cafe which is situated on the 3rd floor of the building. This cafe is very well decorated and with wooden chairs and tables.I personally love to visit this cafe during late afternoon or evening.

Their menu rightly says: People who love to eat are always the best people. – Julia Child.

I have been quite many times at the shack. It is located near Quest Mall. More precisely, in 24 Tarak Dutta Lane, Near Quest Mall. It is located diagonally opposite to Eat Good Food.

What i had:

• Spring Water Kiwi – It was superb. I really loved this sheesha.

• Quesadillas – They were good but not very amazing. The filling inside needs to be improved a lot.

Pros:

• Ambiance is great

• Food Quality is good

• Good for vegetarians as it is purely vegetarian cafe

• Hookah is great

• Have Board Games

• Have Playstation 4 in the indoor A.C. Section

Cons:

• Service has degraded over time

• Hospitality needs improvement. There were very few staffs to look after the tables. It required to call them multiple times.

Conclusion:

I might revisit it again in the near future. It is a good place to chill with friends and close ones.
